How does it work?

If you're looking to identify your development needs, either for an appraisal, to support your membership application and for your own personal development, the Engineer360 will help you identify your own strengths and weaknesses.

Designed by engineers, for engineers, the Engineer360 will evaluate you against the five competences required and defined by the Engineering Council:

Technical understanding
Problem solving
Leadership skills
Interpersonal skills
Professionalism

We send a questionnaire to your line manager, colleagues and your team to complete. The questions are easy and your colleagues will find it straightforward to complete and answer the questions.

What do you receive?

How much does it cost?

Engineer360 - Standalone report - £250 (£200 for members)

Engineer360 with one hour telephone feedback session - £300
